Booking & Payment Essentials
Accommodations: Balcony Double Occupancy staterooms at a "STANDARD GROUP" rate. Accessible staterooms are limited, so early booking is advised if needed.
Total Fare: $777.90 per person for the first and second guests in a stateroom, including all taxes and fees.
Group Dining: A confirmed dining time of 5:30 PM has been arranged for reunion attendees.
Deposit Due: $50.00 per stateroom by July 26, 2025.
Final Payment Due: July 11, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees escalate as the sailing date approaches:
- 74 to 61 Days Prior to Sailing (by July 26, 2026): 50% per Guest cancellation fee applies.
- 60 to 31 Days Prior to Sailing (by August 9, 2026): 75% per Guest cancellation fee applies.
- 30 to 0 Days Prior to Sailing (by September 8, 2026): 100% per Guest cancellation fee applies.
We recommend that you finalize your plans in advance and consider travel insurance to mitigate potential financial disappointment.

When booking, ensure your full name, date of birth, and gender precisely match your government-issued identification. For those flying to Galveston, provide this information to the airline at least 72 hours (three days) before your flight to avoid check-in delays.
